How It Works?

Consider the following example:

- Alice wants a contract document to be signed by Bob. So she uploads the document in her Promisign.com account and shares it with Bob

- Bob gets an email and a notification on his phone, informing him the Alice has requested a signature

- Bob accesses his Promisign.com from his PC or mobile, reads the document, and hits the sign button

- Bob gets a pop up on his phone, asking him to enter his secret 4-digit PIN. Bob enters the PIN, and the document is signed digitally!

- The signed document is now shared back to Alice, as well as stored for future reference in Promisign’s shared drive

To sign the document, you need to use our companion app, Mobile ID. Whereas, sending a document to someone to sign doesnt need Mobile ID app.
